Education, awareness and prevention with our communities are at the heart of our work. These elements are integrated into all the means used to prevent and eliminate violence against women. We can come to your school, organization, workplace, etc. to deliver programs, presentations, workshops, community activities and media interventions. fantasy girls This program, aimed at young women aged 13 to 19, focuses on improving self-esteem through a variety of activities and on values such as sharing, understanding , learning and creativity. The discussion and sharing sessions cover topics such as identity, communication and affirmation, intimate relationships, body image and the health and well-being of young women. How to respond well to disclosure in the context of sexual violence This awareness workshop offered in the workplace and in post-secondary settings aims to raise people's awareness of the realities of disclosure. An open discussion focuses on how to react well and how to support the person according to their needs. Open your eyes campaign This campaign specifically targets young Ontarians between the ages of 12 and 25, an age group particularly vulnerable to violence in romantic and intimate relationships. OpenTheEyes.ca offers tools to talk about consent, healthy relationships and domestic violence and help young Ontarians recognize the signs of violence from their first relationship. Draw the Line Campaign Draw the Line is an interactive and dynamic campaign that aims to engage Ontarians in a dialogue about sexual violence. See the Violence Campaign The See the Violence campaign is a renewal of the Neighbours, Friends and Families campaign that focuses on an unknown and yet central aspect of domestic violence, psychological violence. Emotional abuse can be difficult to identify, but it is present in all abusive relationships and is always the first to occur. Neighbours, Friends and Families Campaign The Neighbours, Friends and Families campaign aims to make those around you aware of the warning signs of domestic violence so that they can help a woman who is a victim or who is at risk of being a victim of it. The Neighbours, Friends and Families campaign enables loved ones of a woman who is a victim or who is at risk of being a victim to help by recognizing the warning signs of domestic violence, by supporting women and other members of the community who are affected by violence against women, and finding support within the community. Everyone has a role to play in preventing domestic violence.
