About this organization

Since 1972, The Counselling Centre of East Algoma (CCEA) has offered confidential counselling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups throughout the East Algoma catchment area.

CCEA relies on funding and donations from the government and community. The Centre gratefully acknowledges funding from the Ministry of Community and Social Services, Ministry of the Attorney General and the North East Local Health Integration Network.

The centre is governed by a local board of directors, and is run by a professionally trained team of counsellors, whom together have over 60 years of clinical experience.
