About this service
Our Crisis Line operates 24-hours a day, every day of the year. We have well-trained staff and volunteers to respond to all calls with care, sensitivity, non-judgement and compassion. We receive thousands of phone calls a year. All calls are strictly confidential.
We offer a variety of different supports on our crisis line, including:
- Immediate crisis intervention and emotional support
- Support with problem solving and developing coping strategies
- Safety planning
- Providing information about sexual violence and other resources and service providers in the community
- Support and information for friends and loved ones who are supporting someone who has experienced sexual violence in their lifetime
