About this organization

The Madoc Pentecostal Church is a religious organization based in Madoc, Ontario. Founded in 1953 by Pastor Robert Johnson, it began as a humble undertaking with services being held in rented premises and on the streets. Gradually, it captured public interest and was able to officially affiliate itself with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada in 1959. It was built upon the principles of the gospel, striving to serve as a holy abode for the followers of Jesus Christ. As an integral part of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada's Eastern Ontario & Nunavut District, it is one of the 1,100 fellowships across the country. The church hosts a variety of ministries and special programs including Bible study, women's network, men's fellowship, and a children's ministry.
