About this service
Small Steps to Success is a holistic pre-employment and life skills program for women who face significant barriers due to social, economic and educational hardships. We offer a 12-week program that includes a 3-week volunteer placement with once of our trusted community partners. Regular programming takes place in a class setting at The W Monday through Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
