About this service

The Youth Job Connection (YJC) program offers support to youth, ages 15 to 29, who are not in work, school or training and who need help finding and keeping a job.

The Youth Job Connection program consists of:

  • Paid pre-employment training, workshops and activities
  • Paid job placement
  • Ongoing coaching

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Between 15 and 29 years old at the time of registration
  • Live in Ontario
  • Eligible to work in Canada
  • Unemployed
  • Not participating in full-time training or education
  • Additional suitability criteria may apply
