About this service
COVID-19 UPDATE: Caledon Community Services strives for a healthy, engaged and compassionate community for all and we have adapted all programs and services to safeguard the health of our clients, volunteers and staff across Caledon.
To ensure you have the correct information you may wish to contact the program or service at CCS. We welcome your call.
We aim to help people help themselves by working creatively and responding to community needs. We offer: Assisted Living program for seniors. Transitional Care Centre offering short-term stay. Respite program to provide support for caregivers. Counselling and care program for families and individuals. Transportation program for seniors and disabled adults, including passenger escort service. Employment Services programs for youth, adults and persons with a disability, providing coaching, training and job placement supports, etc.

Masks are required at all CCS indoor facilities at this time.
