About this organization
That experience going to weekly therapy has helped me in my practice today. I dont use the typical therapy lingo. How did that make you feel will likely never come out of my mouth! I dont believe to be an expert in your life, but rather a fellow traveler that has taken much of the same roads as you currently are on. You know the techniques I teach well, those are the same techniques I have used in my own relationships.
I have completed a program in Professional Counselling with several additional programs specific to relationships. I am Gottman trained, RLT trained as well as CBT, Narrative Therapy, Gestalt Therapy trained. I have a certificate in On Target Interventions with EFT Couple Therapy from the ICEEFT. I am also certified in Prepare/Enrich as a couples facilitator. I am a member of the CCPA and have been awarded the TOP 3 award in marriage counselling.
