About this service
The Transitional and Housing Support Program helps women in abusive relationships transition to a life thats independent of their abusers, and free from violence. Together, our counsellors and their clients develop structured transition and safety plans. Clients receive help in finding and maintaining housing; counselling and resource information; developing personal support networks; attaining personal goals; and accessing appropriate services.
