About this service
The Alternative Measures Program is developed for first time offenders who have been charged with a Federal Offence of Possession of Narcotics. Clients are required to complete community service work as an alternative to involvement in the formal court process. If the specified hours of community service are successfully completed the original charge is withdrawn.
