About this service
Understanding what your current lung function is will help you and your physician identify any further declines and take steps to preserve it. If you would like to be assessed, simply inquire about the lung health program with one of our health care team personnel. This program is currently only offered to rostered patients of the family health team by referral. All our education workshops and education events on COPD and ASTHMA are open to community.
