About this service
Bloom, a member of the WellFort family, is committed to providing treatment, care, and support to individuals living with, affected by, or at risk of Hepatitis C and/or HIV across the Region of Peel. We offer free and confidential HIV and Hepatitis C testing. We work collaboratively with clients in a community integrated manner to offer holistic care with the goal of improving physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. We seek to build partnerships with Governmental and Non-Governmental Organizations, AIDS Service Organizations, Faith Based Organizations, etc. towards addressing the needs of those living with or affected by Hepatitis C and HIV.
