Christmas Hampers From the Food Bank
Families and individuals registered with the Helping Hand Food Bank who are in need of Christmas assistance are asked to register for a Christmas hamper during the month of November, at the food bank, 123 Moore St.
Registration can take place any Monday or Wednesday from 1 to 2 pm, or Friday, 6:30 to 7:30 pm, throughout the whole month of November.
To receive a hamper containing a turkey or ham, and all of the fixings for a Christmas dinner from the food bank, you must be a new or existing food bank client and you cannot have registered for assistance with any other agency.
Christmas hampers may be picked up on at the Holy Martyrs of Japan Church Hall (downstairs) between the hours of 6:00 pm and 7:30 pm on the date specified.
