About this service
The Meals on Wheels program offers more than 100 tasty and nutritious soups, entrees, breakfasts, and desserts. All products arrive frozen for you to store in your home freezer.
You can conveniently heat the meals directly from frozen in your microwave or oven. Soups can be heated on the stovetop or in the microwave, and desserts just need to be thawed and/or warmed.
All dishes have been created in line with the recommendations of Canadas Food Guide - with controlled levels of fat and sodium. This means that you can be sure that they are healthy as well as delicious.
