Nutritional Counseling at the Astra Fertility Group aims to improve fertility function through improving nutrition, correcting dietary deficiencies, maintaining a healthy body weight, improving your sleeping pattern, and promoting exercise. Cutting down on exposures to environmental toxins, alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, and other illicit drugs is also advised. Nutritional counseling can be arranged with an Astra affiliated nutritionist or a professional of the patient's choice within the community.
