About this service
Big Bunch provides an introduction to mentoring for children and youth on our waitlist until they are officially matched to a Big Brother or Big Sister through group-based recreational programming. Big Bunch Mentors and children meet at scheduled times and participate in recreational activities planned by mentors and BBBS Staff. The Big Bunch Program strives to: - Encourage youth to develop positive relationships with caring adults and peers - Develop and build self-esteem and self-confidence - Increase youth's participation in recreational programming - Encourage youth to improve their mental and physical health - Support the development of leadership and life skills - Support the development of social skills
