About this service

Supportive Housing and Homelessness Program (Internal referrals only) We provide assistance to accessible, affordable housing, make appropriate housing more affordable with rental subsidies, and provide necessary supports to maintain accommodation. Housing Resource and Coordination We offer a variety of supports and services to clients related to housing. The Housing Coordinator maintains regular contact with existing and potential landlords. Short-Term Residential Crisis Services (SRCS) Program In collaboration with the Crisis Intervention Centre, we provide short-term, residential crisis services in the community as an alternative to custody. Individuals served have come into contact with the law. Congregate Settings We own and operate 2 fully furnished 5-bed minimum-support congregate settings (group homes).
