About this organization

COVID-19 UPDATE - In response to the current COVID-19 situation, we are working to protect the members, staff, families, and community members of our Association and ensuring their health, safety, and wellbeing is our first priority. As of March 16, 2020, we will be canceling all of our programs and community services until further notice. Our Association will continue to monitor phone calls and emails as usual. The Brain Injury Association Quinte District is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with Acquired Brain Injury, their families, and their communities by promoting awareness through education, information, and outreach services. Anyone living with the effects of Acquired Brain Injury can become a member of BIAQD by filling out a Dual Membership Application between BIAQD and OBIA (the Ontario Brain Injury Association) and paying a small annual fee.
