About this service
YSSNs Developmental Services Program provides services for children, youth and adults, who have significant delays due to a developmental disability and/or a dual diagnosis, and their families.
Case Management
Persons using our Case Management Services are helped by a case manager.
Childrens Case Coordination
Working together with other agencies to help children, youth and their families who have complex social, emotional, developmental, and/or physical needs.
Crisis Response Network
The Crisis Response Network Coordinator (worker) helps adults, their families or caregivers, who are in crisis.
Developmental Services Ontario (DSO) Central East Region
The DSO has the responsibility for helping adults with developmental disabilities access services and supports in their communities.
Passport Funding
The goal of Passport is to improve the quality of participation in the community for adults with a developmental disability.
