About this service
Recreation Mentoring is a free group mentoring program that promotes physical literacy in children between the ages of 8 and 12 years old. Trained mentors introduce participants to new sports each week through a curriculum based on the development of fundamental movement skills, teamwork, and community engagement.
Recreation Mentoring runs weekly for eight consecutive weeks within school facilities or out in the community.
