The program provides emotional support, self-care strategies, and community resource navigation for caregivers of children and adults with developmental disabilities. Family Peer Mentors, who have lived experience as caregivers, offer support through one-on-one mentoring, monthly support groups, and wellness workshops. Meditation Moments videos are also available to help caregivers manage stress and build resilience.
