About this service
Peer mentorship is a one-on-one service delivered by an individual who has lived experience and can provide compassion and understanding on a personal level. Peer mentors advocate for the participants to ensure their voice is heard and their needs are met. The peer mentor provides comfort, lack of judgement and empowerment while supporting them through their recovery process. Our peer mentor works with the participants in the residential day program and coordinates community outreach for potential or past participants.
