About this service
The telephone reassurance service allows a volunteer to call you for a brief chat and a friendly check-in. These calls are a nice social connection, and can provide peace of mind to the family. Calls are usually five minutes in length, an can be provided Monday to Friday. If we are unable to connect with the client after several tries, we will contact a family member or friend to follow up.
