About this organization

The Colchester East Hants Hospice Society provides community based support to those facing end of life and grief. Programs include: volunteer visiting in the hospital and community, providing grocery and other practical support in the face of financial hardship, wish fulfillment, social work, counseling support for the individual and family, community education and workshops, resource library, grief support groups, bereavement monthly mailout, and community awareness events such as Hike for Hospice and Angels remembered.
