The Colchester Community Day Care is an inclusive, nonprofit child care centre. Trained Early Childhood Educators are committed to providing a nurturing, stimulating environment for pre-school children, who may be typically developing or have special needs.

The Colchester Community Day Care is licensed by the Nova Scotia Department of Education and Early Childhood Development and follows the Day Care Act and Regulations.

The Colchester Community Day Care believes that children learn through play and exploration of their environment, and are entitled to opportunities that support all areas of their development.

One of our primary objectives is to ensure that supports are in place to safely and adequately meet the needs of all participating children.
