About this service

Under the direction of a Red Seal Chef, participants gain real world industry experience in our fully equipped kitchen through the operation of our cafeteria.

We provide an experience that instills the knowledge and confidence required to start strong and keep up in a fast paced industrial kitchen!

Participants will gain industry certifications required to succeed in the food service industry including:

Safe Food Handling

WHMIS

World Host

First Aid/CPR

All of our programs are FREE of charge and offer a bi-weekly training allowance to offset travelling costs.
