About this service

Todays labour market requires excellence in Customer Service and a basic understanding of computers in nearly every field making these skills essential to employability.

The CSCS program teaches introductory level Microsoft Office 16, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and using the Internet. The program provides essential training designed to assist participants in developing employability skills.

Training will aid participants in obtaining computer and customer service skills that will give them a well-rounded program and an edge in todays labour market in a variety of fields.
