About this service
This is an open mental health wellness and recovery support group that is safe, confidential and free to drop-in once, or as many times as youd like. Its facilitated by Lesley, HMCs Wellness Coordinator, from Healthy Minds who, like all staff, has her own lived experience with mental health challenges. The purpose of this shared hour is to connect with one another in a safe space, where we can share our strength and focus on how to empower ourselves (no matter where we are in our journey). No one is ever asked to disclose their mental health challenge(s).
