About this service
Social Group helps to build confidence, independence and provides members with a sense of belonging. Engaging in a social group creates many new opportunities for individuals to make friends, share meaningful experiences, mutual interests, and challenges in their daily lives; here they can feel welcome just being themselves.
Activities Include:
Movie Night
Boardgame Night
Community Outings
Dinners out
And more!
Social Group is "Bring Your Own Food". Participants are encouraged to bring their own dinner or snacks to Social Group. Autism Nova Scotia will be providing popcorn and water for each group. There will be a Pizza Party Night one night per term.
