About this organization
Due to Covid, we have moved to a new model for food bank access for the time being. There will now be scheduled times for access on Mondays from 1:00-4:30pm (if this time doesnt work for you, please contact Liz at external@sunscad.org).
You can book an appointment for the food bank using this booking site. You must also fill out a Campus Access Authorization form at https://forms.nscad.ca/, and do so 24 hours before your scheduled visit.
At your scheduled time, you will meet a SUNSCAD food bank assistant at the main entrance of Fountain Campus to be escorted up to the food bank. You will let them know what items you need, and they will assist you by handling the food and other items for decreased risk of contamination. In addition to regular food bank items, we will be providing tampons and pads. You will see these when you are choosing the rest of the items from the food bank. Please let us know to include them during your visit.
