About this organization

CaperBase Outreach Services is an interdisciplinary team of health professionals that work with youth, families, schools and other community partners to create solutions, opportunities and supports that provide youth with the building blocks to live healthy, fulfilling and productive lives.

CaperBase @ Access 808 is a one-stop shop Resource Centre for youth ages 16 to 24.

We work with youth, families, schools, and community organizations to provide a safe, youth friendly space that is confidential and non-judgemental.
