Please join us in this group as we explore what it means to be self-empowered. This group is a very safe space in which we will explore the different parts of ourselves that we love, and those that we try to minimize or hide.
Over the duration of this course of 8 weeks, we will discover:
Self-Awareness
Self-Worth
Self-Belief
Self-Love
All Components of Self-Empowerment
Together we will get to know ourselves and to become aware of our own power as women.
