About this service
Wheelchair basketball offers an opportunity for people with and without disabilities to play together. Easter Seals NL offers Wheelchair Basketball to players of all abilities. Our wheelchair basketball program focuses on both grassroots entry level development right through to the transitions to competitive play. Broken into sessions this program allows players to develop their skills with the assistance of their fellow players and volunteers. If ever there was a sport that could shatter the stereotype of the delicate person in a wheelchair, it is wheelchair basketball.
