A dementia-related diagnosis can be a really difficult challenge for you and your family. No two families are the same, so we ensure that we work closely with you to develop a care plan that matches you individual needs and preferences. We are continually upgrading our memory care knowledge, and have learning modules available for all our home care workers. Theres a lot we can do to help.
Families often tell us that they are reassured by our electronic visit verification system, which ensures that visits are completed as scheduled. Talk to us about other memory-care aids that we can provide, including home monitoring, nursing check-ups and more.
