Food assistance Community meals; Individual support Outreach; Access to computer Access to internet; Access to phone; Hot Breakfast Program: Mondays from 8:30am - 10:00am; Seniors Inclusion Program: Wednesdays from 11:00am - 3:00pm. This program is for anyone who has reached their 55th birthday and includes fitness, ; lunch and learn, entertainment and recreation.; Soup Kitchen: Fridays from 10:30am -12:30pm.
