Open Sky Co-Operative runs a year-round day program that focuses heavily on therapeutic agriculture and gardening for adults aiming to develop life skills. Open Sky is equipped to facilitate assessments and goal setting for program participants, each of whom is paired with a trained mentor. Participants, staff, and volunteers are expected to arrive for morning meetings at 8:30 AM, where we plan out our work day as a team and create a list of tasks.
