The Tantamar Residences really do provide the best of all worlds: your own private, maintenance-free living space in a welcoming, community setting. Tenants may come and go as they are able, to enjoy the vibrant community of Sackville, visit family, or take extended trips. If you have a green thumb, you can care for your own garden in summer, or leave it to the grounds crew. The Sackville Waterfowl Park is within a few minutes walk. This 55 acre park, with 3.5 kms of trails and boardwalk, is home to more than 160 bird species and hundreds of plants. Guests of tenants may visit in the apartment for up to one month each year. A designated parking space is provided close to each apartment, and guest parking is available.
