About this service
Have you ever dreamed of starting your own business? Employment My Way is a 12-week self-employment training program for women and gender diverse individuals to develop a business model that may be put into action right away, or saved for future use. Workshop topics include market research, financial literacy (personal & business), marketing and communication, human resources, and more. There are also weekly one-on-one sessions and peer-support network activities that will be timed in consultation with the individual participants.
