About this service
Teaching Meaningful Skills The Skills & Employment Centre by Harvest House Atlantic was created to facilitate and foster an atmosphere that allows for guests and residents to have success in Employment & Skills Development. The SEC will run an Employment Program, Skills Program, as well as a Social Enterprise Division, ensuring all guests and residents have access to the skills they need to transition back into the workforce or pursue further education. Our desire is that by providing both the skills required to move into the workforce, combined with the support to connect our guests with employers, we can begin to systematically reverse the cycle of homelessness in our community.
