About this service
An accessible and inclusive resource centre for women and trans students. The centre offers free resources, including free condoms, lubricant, dental dams, as well as free pads, tampons, and pregnancy tests. The centre also has safer sex info, a telephone, computer, microwave, and an extensive lending library with material on sexuality, Indigenous issues, pornography, ecology, art, feminist theory, and more. The centre is a great space to hang out, study, and build community.
As a collective, we organize events that examine and challenge women and trans oppression.
The Women-Trans Spectrum Centre is a women and trans only space as we believe it is important for them to have a safe space on campus. Men are encouraged to get in touch if they are interested in acting as allies or if they would like to access any of the centres resources. The events hosted by the collective outside of the centre are open to all folks, unless otherwise indicated.
