About this service
The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is for adults who suffer from addiction and mental health disorders but arent able or willing to participate in residential treatment. IOP members are abstinent or are on a managed taper program to become abstinent while participating in the program.
At the beginning of IOP, our therapists conduct a formal assessment to create a personalized treatment plan.
Members will:
- Be in the IOP program for six weeks
- Participate in three group therapy sessions (Eight hours altogether)
- Attend one individual counselling session every week of the program
IOP provides a safe, professional, and confidential setting for members to address any physical, emotional, social, mental, and spiritual issues that underlie their addiction.
The workshops consists of a series of topics that build on each other during the program.
