About this service
The Supported Independent Living (SIL) program is made up of services that are tailored to each participants unique needs. Our Intake Team meticulously reviews historical information and interviews each participant who joins the SIL program. Once the Intake process has been completed the Intake Team recommends the type of strengths that the participant will need in their team to be successful. From the manager holding the file, the team lead, the front-line staff, clinical involvement, and support each participants care will look different. We are committed to and possess the proficiency to build custom supports around our participants. We truly believe that if someone has a genuine connection with a staff team at all levels that they will feel heard, connected, respected, hopeful and honoured in their plans and supports which will lead to living a happy, safe life.
