About this service
Spring through Fall, St. Boniface Street Links conducts regular patrols of the area, with teams going out on foot or by bike. Our patrol travels the extensive network of parks and recreational spaces along the Red and Seine Rivers, visiting folks who are living outside and connecting them to services like healthcare and housing. Our patrols also collect discarded needles, drug paraphernalia and other hazardous refuse, and generally look out for the safety and well-being of the St. Boniface community.
The SBSL Patrol Team enjoys a strong, supportive relationship with Winnipeg Police Service and at times engage in joint SBSL/WPS patrols.
