About this service
Our peer support services are provided by caring and committed staff and volunteers. Each of them have personal experience with a mental illness. These services are free of charge and are open to all ages.
We offer education, emotional and social support in these forms:
- Drop-in sessions
- One-on-one sessions
- Peer support via phone
- Peer support via email
- Support group meetings
Registration is required for one-on-one sessions only. For drop-in sessions, support groups, or telephone service, there's no need to register. View the calendar on our website for Winnipeg support group meeting dates (make sure that the red support groups button below the schedule is selected).
