About this service
Teaches youth 16-21 skills for independence & provides opportunities to:
- Find & maintain an apartment & positive home environment
- Secure a job &/or pursue your goals for school
- Learn to budget, shop for groceries, cook, clean & more
- Develop positive relationships, support networks & decision-making skills
Personalized programs are developed by occupational therapists. Participants must be in care or eligible for an extension of care. Referrals should include a social history and any psychological/psychiatric assessments.
