About this service
In our Indigenous communities, it is a common practice for extended families or community members to care for children when the parents cannot. We work to build a circle of caring for children in care and their families.
Our Programs Include:
- Circle of Care Short-term assessment home for girls 13-17 years
- CLOUT It Takes a Neighbourhood Short term licensed homes and intensive support for birth families working toward reunification
- Honoring the Spirit of Our Little Sisters Long-term safe house for young women and transgender youth 13-17 years
- Hands of Mother Earth A rural healing lodge for young women and transgendered youth 13-17 years
- Isobels Place Residential learning facility for adolescent pregnant and mothers 13-17 years
- Ozosunon Program Long-term licensed homes for Aboriginal children and youth
- Four Fires Lodge Long-term home for boys 11-14 years
- Eagle Horse Society Emergency care program for children under the age of 10 and their sibling group
