About this service
The Home Share program has been part of Life s Journey since the agency s beginning in 2005. It provides housing in a shared home setting. Placements are based on match and compatibility, and specialized placements are available. Care and support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All Participants are able to access our cultural services, wellness programming, drop -in resources, and our community events and celebrations. Services and activities offered include but are not limited to: Housing Culture & Wellness Group Programming Individualized Supports Clinical Services Addictions Supports Advocacy & Life Skills
