About this service
The Mobile Withdrawal Management Service (MWMS) supports people wanting to detox from a substance they are using. People are referred to this mobile service, which provides medical supports outside of a health facility or treatment centre. The individual must be eighteen (18) years and older and live in Winnipeg, East St. Paul or West St. Paul.
All referrals to the MWMS must be made by a physician at Rapid Access to Addiction Medicine (RAAM) site (Crisis Response Centre or Riverpoint locations), the WRHA Co-Occurring Disorders Initiative or the HSC Addictions Unit.
