About this service
The purpose of the Eldad Outreach Program is to assist adults living with intellectual disabilities within the southeastern area of Manitoba to live independently in the community with our support. We seek to encourage positive choices while empowering the individual to achieve their goals, thereby increasing their ability to be successful and to enjoy quality of life. This is accomplished by providing participants with direct coaching, learning opportunities and life skill building, while also bringing alongside other natural supports within the community.
