Eldad provides Home Share supports to Home Share providers and Eldad participants living together in the Eastman region.
Home Share supports through Eldad:
- Individuals being supported typically have challenges maintaining their basic needs (food, shelter);
- An individual requiring support lives with a Home Share provider who is to be responsible for shelter, food and daily supports;
- Individuals being supported may not require 24/7 supervision, but would benefit from access to daily supports.

Adults supported by: Community Living and disability or Provincial Alternative Support Services
